Looking for some good eats while helping a good cause? There’s a fundraiser taking place on June 26th (raindate June 27th) taking place at Bayfront Beach. The Clambake at Bayfront Beach will take place from 2pm-11pm at NORTH Bayfront Beach.

Looking for something fun to do? There are some free summer events you’ll want to know about….like Music Monday Concerts that happen on the Ocean Front Stage at Hiering Avenue….or the fireworks every Wednesday night through the summer that are sponsored by Coca-Cola (Fridays are the raindate each week), or maybe you’d love to check out the car and motorcycle shows on Tuesdays at Lincoln Ave.

One thing you’ll want to pencil in is the movies on the beach. With movies like: Shrek, Happy Feet, Ferris Bueller, E.T., Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, Jumanji and more, you won’t want to miss this family event. Bring a chair to the beach and enjoy family time together. Some movies shown are PG-13 while others are rated G, so be sure to check to see which movie is playing each week on the official Seaside Heights city website for a list of times and dates.

You can find a bath house and changing facility with showers on Hiering Avenue in Seaside Heights. For use of the bath house, there is a $2 fee on weekdays, and $3 fee on weekends. Any children under the age of 5 are FREE

Daily Beach Fees

Daily Beach fees are $5.00 Monday through Sunday.
Holidays also have a $5.00 beach fee, regardless of the day of the week.

(Children under 12 are FREE)

*There is no swimming allowed after lifeguards are off duty

Seasonal Beach Badges

Beach badges are discounted if purchased before May 14th. ($35) After May 15th they are $45 for a seasonal beach badge. (Senior badges available)

Looking for surfing events? Surf NJ and win some cash! Seaside Heights will be hosting “The Grudge Match” and the “Barooo Surf Shop Challenge”. Here’s the scoop on these surfing events.

The Grude Match Trials are a preliminary event for October’s Grudge Match. There’s a $1,000 dollar cash purse, and it’s split between the top 4 finalists. Young contestants interested in partaking in the Grudge Match, must first qualify in the Grudge Match Trials. There is a $50 entry fee.

Next up is the Barooo Surf Shop Challenge. This Eastern Surfing Association event will be held in Seaside Heights. (This event is part of the Central NJ schedule)

Looking for Seaside Heights Craft show information?The Seaside Arts and Crafts by the Sea takes place June 13th. If you’d like to enjoy this fun event, it will take place from 10am to 6pm. You can find the action on the Seaside Heights boardwalk, where you’ll find a great display of goodies between the amusement piers.

Seaside Heights May events offer a little something for everyone. I love May– spring is in the air, and you know summer is just around the corner. During May, you’ll find some of the most gorgeous weather! Make sure you come out and enjoy some of these fun events in Seaside Heights.

On Mother’s Day, which falls on May 10th this year, you’ll find entertainment on the boardwalk starting at noon.

Okay, this is a big one– mark your calender for May 14th-16th, which is when you’ll enjoy the Seaside Music Fest. One of the best things about the Seaside Music Fest is that the events are free, and who doesn’t love a bargain? If you love music, you’ll love all the live performances! Ready to make a difference? Then set aside May 16th to help defeat ALS. The Seaside Board…Walk to Defeat ALS will start at 10am. You’ll need to register at 9am. This is a 2 mile walk and takes place rain or shine at the Seaside Heights boardwalk. More information: ALSPhiladelphia.org

Looking for Seaside Heights events? You’ll find some great things to do this spring!

First you’ll want to set aside April 5th for an Easter Egg Hunt on Palm Sunday! The rain date will be on April 11th. You’ll find the fun starting on the beach at 1pm. This is a free event for children 10 and under. Each age group will have their own area so be sure to check the list:

Ages up to 2 will be at: Hancock Ave, Seaside Heights
Ages 3-4 will be over at: Blaine Ave, Seaside Heights
Ages 5-6 will enjoy the egg hunt at Summer Ave, Seaside Heights
Ages 7-8 can join in the fun at Hamilton Ave, Seaside Heights
Ages 9-10 will want to go to Lincoln Ave, Seaside Heights to get in on the fun!

You won’t want to miss the Easter Day Promenade on the boardwalk either! Mark your calendars for April 12th. The fun starts at noon, and offers free admission.

Two other April events you’ll want to know about:

Walk MS takes place April 19th. The walk begins at 10am, with registration at 9am. If you’d like more information- 732-660-1005

Lastly, you’ll want to save this weekend (April 10-12) if you like saving money! You’ll be able to score 1/2 price tickets. You’ll be able to get tickets from 11am to 6pm- so stop by Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
